Gateway Pure™

The brain of your installation

The Gateway Pure™ acts as the brain of your installation: it collects data from all sensors (wireless BLE and wired Modbus), displays it in real time on its integrated screen, and transmits it to the TERA 360 cloud platform over 4G.

Bluetooth 4.2 + BLE

Direct reception from wireless sensors in the SENS range: SafyrOPC, DeltaP, T/RH, door contacts, occupancy, identification badges.

Modbus RTU / TCP

Connection of wired probes from the PROB range (ePMDUCT, CO2, energy) via the ModLinkChainer RS485 interface card.

4G LTE Cat4

Secure cloud transmission over 2G/3G/4G mobile networks. 150 Mbps downlink, 50 Mbps uplink. No on-site network infrastructure required.

WiFi a/b/g/n/ac

Connection to the existing local network as an alternative or complement to 4G. Dual communication path for redundancy.

Proprietary LoRa

Reception of long-range ambient CO2/T/RH sensors via the LoRa Modbus receiver (up to 50 sensors per receiver).

Smart Display

Real-time sensor data displayed directly on-site. Operators see critical parameters without accessing the cloud.

MQTT / HTTP(S)

Cloud-compatible protocols TCP/UDP/HTTP/HTTPS/MQTT for transmission to TERA 360 application servers.

BMS Connection

Modbus interface to the PLC or electrical panel for HVAC control: ventilation setpoint adjustment, supervised standby mode.

One cable to connect everything

ModLinkChainer is the innovation that radically simplifies deployment. This Plug-and-Play module powers and chains multiple Modbus sensors on a single PoE Ethernet line — no proprietary cabling or dedicated power supply needed.

  • Plug & Play — PoE RJ45 Cat6 23AWG connector. Plug in, chain up, and it's operational. A few minutes is all it takes to deploy a complete AHU monitoring solution.
  • PoE power — The MLC powers sensors directly via the RJ45 cable. No separate power runs needed — a single cable for both data and energy.
  • PROB range compatible — ePMDUCT (duct particulates), DeltaP, T/RH, CO2, air speed, energy meter — all AHU probes are MLC-compatible.
  • Indoor and outdoor — Waterproof connectors and PoE-certified extension cables for reliable, compliant installation in any environment.

From unboxing to production in a few hours

Sensor deployment

Room side: position wireless BLE sensors (SafyrOPC, DeltaP, T/RH, door contacts) — no drilling, no cabling. AHU side: chain Modbus probes via ModLinkChainer on a single PoE RJ45 cable.

Gateway Pure™ installation

Position the Gateway within BLE range of room sensors and connected to the AHU ModLinkChainers. The pre-configured 4G SIM card ensures cloud connectivity without any on-site network infrastructure.

TERA commissioning

Commissioning is handled by the TERA Analytics team: initial configuration, technical validation, closure tests, and calibration of the complete metrological loop.

Operational supervision

Data is displayed in real time on the Gateway screen and the cloud dashboard. Alerts, reports, and ventilation control are operational.
