Every sensor, every provider, every protocol —
one platform

Connect equipment already on site as well as new sensors to the same platform, without requiring you to replace your instrumentation.

TERA 360 Gateway

One gateway, two usages

The TERA 360 Gateway adapts to two very different field realities: supervising a controlled environment, and running an air handling unit.

Controlled environments

Cleanrooms, operating rooms: the screen becomes an on-site reference point

In a controlled environment, someone is physically present to check conditions. The TERA 360 Gateway installs a visible supervision point there, fed by the Bluetooth sensors of the SENS range.

Wireless sensors

The whole SENS range over Bluetooth 4.2 / BLE, plus LoRa for measurement points out of reach — no cabling to pull.

On-site supervision screen

Thresholds, alerts and current values are visible directly on site, for the teams present in the environment.

24 h of history in memory

The last 24 hours of readings stay available on the screen, with no need to open the platform.

48 h buffer

In case of a network outage, data stays stored locally for 48 hours and syncs back once reconnected — nothing is lost.

Facilities — AHU & HVAC

Air handling units: the data matters, not the screen

In a technical room, the gateway sits inside a cabinet — nobody sees it or checks its screen. What matters is that Modbus sensor data flows back reliably, with wiring kept as simple as possible.

Wired Modbus probes

The PROB range over Modbus RTU — ePMDUCT, DeltaP, T/RH, CO₂, air speed, energy meter — via the ModLinkChainer RS485 interface card.

One cable to connect everything

ModLinkChainer powers and daisy-chains multiple Modbus sensors on a single PoE line — no proprietary cabling or dedicated power supply needed.

Queried by third-party systems

Modbus slave ports let a PLC or an existing BMS query the gateway directly.

A common foundation

What stays the same in both cases

Integrated screen

On-site display and alarms.

RS485 Modbus

Three ports, master or slave mode.

Power & data

On a single RJ45 cable, via ModLinkChainer.

Cellular connectivity

4G / GSM for the cloud uplink.

Nothing to replace

Your current Modbus probes (temperature, humidity, pressure, CO₂, energy…) connect directly to the ModLinkChainer — no replacement, no re-wiring. The Gateway auto-detects and integrates each sensor in minutes.
